Seriously painful top of bump burning/pulling

June 2013 in 3rd Trimester

This started late last night and is continuing this morning. It feels like the very top of my stomach muscle is giving way/burning/ripping.

I totally understand that at this point everything probably should hurt but it's a little strange. Anyone else experience this? Just curious....
