Coming over a bit early-intro

I'll make this as short as I can.

I have two kids. DD is 3, DS is 2 and we have twin boys on the way. EDD 9/15/13, my doc will induce the first week of September at my 38 week mark, but neither of us think I will get past 36 weeks.

I have a crap ton of health problems and MFM and my OB are watching the boys for heart block. I have weekly u/s to check on that and do an early intervention if needed. One or both would need a pacemaker shortly after birth so its not something I take lightly.

I like gifs, I can be snarky, and long walks on the beach. I'm lying, I hate nature.
