3rd Trimester

Mid wife sent me home at 4cm and 80% effaced...

She had me walk for 45 minutes and since I didnt go past 4 cm, she sent us home. She said I was contracting "beautifully" though

Would if baby comes and we dont get there on time? Worried about how fast Ill dilate... any advice?

We plan to walk to speed things up since walking has been VERY effective for us before this. They kept saying well end up back there tonight! Im SO nervous....
