Cracked Nipple?!

So I had swim class on Tuesday and after class I was changing back into my normal clothes and I realized I was bleeding and had no idea where it was coming from....well it was coming from my nipple! It looks like it cracked a little! I've been putting a lot of lotion on in the morning on my stomach and breasts so it's not like they are super dry.

 Has anyone else had this problem? It's actually pretty painful.
