Who can and can't come visit in the hospital?

My SO asked me the other day who all is coming to visit after my csection and I told him truthfully a couple of people I already knew were planning on coming. He told me thatt he had already told his mother that she was not allowed to come, but I have no problem with her coming to see her grand-daughter. His mother and I are on good terms, we've had a rocky relationship, but pulled through. And then I told him that his two friends who are our first childs god-parents are coming and hes says theyre not allowed to come see me at the hospital because theyre fighting and are no longer friends with eachother..... I will be in the hospital for 4 days and he will only be there with me for 2 days before he has to go back to work (he works 3 hours away). Should I respect the fact he doesnt want them there, tell him too bad, or just wait until he leaves?
