Inner thigh lightening pain, sciatica?

I think LO is hitting nerves because sometimes it'll occur when I'm sitting as well but the pain is horrible and if I'm walking it usually stops me in my tracks with special words and has occasionally brought me to the ground, which is super embarrassing in public and scary when holding my son. It goes and fast as it comes, kind of like lightening crotch but in my inner thighs near the crotch area and down.

Anyone else get something like this? Is it like sciatica? I thought that was your back and down the back of your legs though. I never had anything remotely close with my son.
