Couples Pregnancy Massage Class

Laura?s Mobile Massage is excited to offer a class for couples and/or other friends, family or birth partners.  Learn simple massage techniques that will help alleviate common prenatal aches and pains using familiar items around your home and gentle touch. 

Best part?the session is taught in the comfort of your own home!

 

Each session will include:

- 40 minutes of combined lecture and hands-on instruction

- learn a sequence of moves that can be used throughout pregnancy and during labor

-learn how to properly use supports, cushions and pillows to safely align mommy for massage.

- receive handouts to help remember massage techniques- receive instructions on how to make a ?do-it-yourself? massage tool
