Augmentin 875 in the 3rd trimester

I've been having horrible earaches for the past month to the point of sitting there crying, almost everynight ! I woke up this morning and I was coughing and all stuffy.... not sure if it was allergies or if I'm getting sick so to be on the safe side I called the dr and they gave me augmentin 875 twice a day ! I hate taking even tylenol while I'm pregnant but I don't want want to get so sick that it harms the babies ! Anyone else take this dosage in their 3rd trimester ? Probably sounds like a stupid question since my dr prescribed it but I just worry about how it may affect the babies !
