Hey ladies. My hubs and I are looking for a house and today we found one in Riverside off of Perry Creek. The neighborhood seems to be nice and we have friends that live in there and they say its nice. But my concern is across Perry Creek rd is run down townhouses and other bad looking houses. Do any of you know anything about this area. Would you consider buying a house there? My mom lives across Capital on Durant rd and has no problems over there. Any advice on what you might know over there would be nice. thanks
