in-laws want me to travel 4 weeks before im due

So my in laws are coming to visit and are staying 2 hours away. They want my husband and I to drive up there and stay the day and drive two hours back. I am not sure if I feel comfortable with this. They are trying to make me feel bad. I understand that they are driving from Canada (we live in Utah) but we saw them 2weeks ago. I feel like its to far and being in a car is just uncomfortable. Opinions?
