What's still on your to do list?

I am 35.5 weeks, and both my other little munchkins made their debuts at 37 weeks, so I am feeling the time crunch here, and realize how little we have set up and ready.  The baby will sleep in our room for the first few (maybe 4 or 5 months) before moving to the nursery she will share with her sister (who will be 2 by then).  I am trying to figure out all that I need to do, and feel like pregnancy brain has kicked my butt in a serious way... What's on your list ladies?  Hopefully you can help me remember more than set up pack n play, install car seat and wash clothes.  I know those are the basics, but feel like I am forgetting everything.
