Over thinking this?

My mom only posts on Facebook when she has something dramatic to share an illness, an injury, or something of that sort. I would really rather not have labor updates on Facebook this go around I just feel as though I'd rather not have my number of hours in labor, cervix updates, etc. Shared

Is it unreasonable to tell her not to post before it happens? I am probably going to have to be induced, so I feel like I can't just not tell her when I am going into labor.

We will not be calling during labor to update, as people jumped the gun last time and showed up immediately after the birth, instead of waiting until we called them like we told them too.
