feeling rather icky

Hey all, so my back hurts, eyes are swollen and teary coughing and i'm congested...
I'm not sure if it is allergies or a cold coming on...or even just pregnancy related... I was going to call the Dr in the a.m to see what I could take...but is there anything you would recommend for the night?
If it matters i'm 36w5d.
