when are you planning to stop working?

I had been planning to stay right up to my due date. I am the head of my dept and we are going to be in the middle of a busy time. So I wanted to stay as long as possible to help and also so that I have more time to stay home with the baby before I have to return to work. Now I am getting worried about going into labor at work and having to take public transit home. This is my first baby and I am 36 weeks going on 37. My baby has already dropped down and has been  head down for a while. I am getting worried that this baby is coming early.
