Sciatica anyone?

For the past 5 days I have had horrible sciatic nerve pain. Ive stretched, taken tylenol, tried warm baths and used a heating pad and nothing has helped!

Has anyone else had this problem? What did you do to get some relief? I have a dr appt coming up and I plan to talk to my dr about it.
