What should I get/do to prepare for after baby gets here?

Ok, so as a STM I should remember this but I can't for the life of me seem to remember what we used most and what we didn't use at all. I am trying to get "stations" ready for baby downstairs, in his room and in our bedroom (since that is where he will sleep for a while) and I don't know what is great to have at all these stations. Plus, I can't remember all the things they said I should have on hand for myself after delivery and what is good to have on hand for my family. Seems like last time I came across several lists but now I can't find any. Thanks! I must be having terrible pregnancy brain!
