strange sensation, pressure and pain??

All day today I have had alot of pressure & pain.  It hasn't been contractions, it's been constant & ranges from extremely uncomfortable to painful to walk.  The really unsettling part, and this is probably TMI, is that I have felt like something was going to come out of my vagina.  I have endometriosis and used to pass large clots.....it really reminded me of this.  However, nothing has ever come out.  I had a ton of mucus-like discharge yesterday, but today there is nothing.  It just FEELS like I'm passing something big.  I called my dr. but they of course have not called me back.
