GROSS wtf is that?

When I was getting into my jammies today, I looked down and saw that there was bright orange dried crud in my nipples. Like, cheez doodle orange. Please tell me that this is the leaking colostrum all the books have warned me about. I really hope it is because the alternative is... radioactive cheez infection?
