Measuring the same four weeks in a row?

I'm 38 weeks and had a doc appointment yesterday. The Dr. told me I'm still within measuring range for my weeks but that I've only grown 11/2 cms in four weeks. I'm not too concerned but am wondering why this might be. I've been "right on" up til then.

Could any of these affect this:

I think I "dropped"  about a week or more ago.

I haven't gained any weight the last three visits

the baby's been really pushing up in my ribs
