Contractions woke me up at 2 AM and were consistent and fairly painful and then kind of fizzled out around 4:30 which was okay because I could doze a bit more. Now I'm having them every 7 to 8 minutes and it feels like a super tight squeeze combined with a very prolonged stab at my cervix, like lightning crotch times 10. Plus my mucus plug is STILL coming out even though I've been having bloody mucus for days now. I am very nervous about going in too early and being sent home so I am trying to wait until they are closer together even though the pain is pretty darn bad right now. Like, no talking just muttering "ow" over and over again until it passes. Luckily DS is at daycare so my parents can pick him up later and no one has to rush.

I hope I get to meet our new little guy soon!
