Finding a Pediatrician

I'm looking for other mom's or mom's to be in the Allentown, Pa area.  I would like to know if there are any pediatricians in the area that you would recommend as well as what you like about them.  I am also looking to find a pediatrician who will not refuse to see me if I choose to not allow my baby to receive shots on their schedule and wait until they are a bit older and their brain more developed.  Any and all help would be appreciated.  I am expecting my first baby August 3rd and am new to all of this.
