Should I be concerned?

So I just got back from my doctor`s appointment and the doctor said my bloodwork for the 2nd part of the sequential screen showed my baby`s risk for having a NTD is 1/360 but the doctor said it was negative because the cutoff is 1/145 or so. He did say to have the ultrasound tech at our AS look really good at the baby`s back. Should I be concerned? Does anyone know what the ranges are?
