I am slowly going crazy

Or perhaps I quickly am. I am tired today but was going to get the guest room ready for the next month of visiting family and try to out in a good 6h of studying. I am now convinced I will go to 42 weeks and my mum will miss out on the baby and i will want to visit with her instead of studying and I'll just have several weeks of my in laws being here including after the exam. It has me all worked up today. I also am having difficulty even sitting down because of reflux and the baby is pinching a nerve today that is on and off sending shooting pains down the front of my leg. My next OB appointment is tomorrow but I checked myself this morning and still no change to my cervix. I just want a plan and I know I can't have one and it is driving me batty.
