sore spot on labia (TMI)

I have this one spot on my labia majora, up at the top, that is just so sore. It hurts even to walk. I seriously think it's from the progesterone suppositories I take twice a day -- their residue irritating my skin.

I have washed the area and trimmed away the hair to make sure no residue can accumulate between my daily showers, but can anyone recommend something I can put on the skin? It hurts even to sit because my underwear or pants are constantly up against it.

I am seriously considering rubbing some of DD's A&D on it...
