I just started doing some research into breast pumps, and while I know I'm going to stick with Medela, I'm unsure which model to go with. I'm registered at Buy Buy Baby, and they have four different models, three of which look very similar. I don't want the hands free one, so then I'm left with three PISA models and two price points ($349 and $299). I'm leaning towards the backpack model just so I can hang up the smaller bag if I'm pumping in a bathroom.

Can STMs share their experiences with the PISA?
