Vent Acne

As a teenager I never had acne as an adult I got bumps here and there nothing serious, however since getting pregnant it is OUT OF CONTROL! I talk to my OB about it and she said it's normal and I can use acne medicine. My normal face wash is doing NOTHING! I'm not sure what to do. What do you ladies use? I was thinking of going to a dermatologist but with the big move and NOTHING pack I can't go til next month.

Oh I got my face waxed two weeks ago and that made it worse. I'm not sure what's worse being the hairy Mama or the bump lady. Vent over.
