Total body support pillow?

Do you use one and do you like it? Which brand do you have? Is it any better than just using a bunch of normal pillows? My hip pain is getting worse a lot earlier this time around. I never used one of these pillows with DD and I'm trying to figure out if they are better than just using a couple of extra normal pillows... Thanks for any advice you can give!
