f/u guardians and wills

My sister named me guardian of her children if anything should happen to her and her husband. I am concerned that in the will all her money goes to her children and they can't access it until they're 30. My concern is paying for college or any other expenses that I may need a little help with since I will also have my own children. So, I was wondering if, in your will, are you leaving everything to your children or some to their guardians too to help raise the children or at least pay toward college?
