Switching doctors ?

I have been going to a doctor that was recommended by three women. DH and I aren't happy with the way they schedule their patients. The first appointment we sat in the waiting room for two hours and didn't even see a doctor. I scheduled my second appointment at one of their offices, they have two, and when I showed up for my appointment they said I needed to go to their other office which is way across town. There is another major hospital in the area and I've already called about switching and they said it wouldn't be a problem. I don't know anyone who has been to this hospital. My question is should I stay with the hospital my three friends delivered their babies or switch?
