Update on my spotting yesterday....

I went in to see the maternal-fetal medicine specialist today.  BTW-I love love love her! Definatly calmed me down, since I obviously have been so stressed.  The baby was doing fine, not sure where the bleeding was from.  I did the NT scan-all the measurements were great-and we had a very low risk of any chromosomal abnormalities. I wanted to let the IVF ladies know, when you get an NT scan make sure they know you have done IVF.  They also need to know whether it was a fresh cycle or if you used frozen embryos. Also they need to know if ovulation was induced.  Apparently these things can slightly alter the measurements, so I was glad the office was right on top of that.  My baby was being a little brat though! Apparently she thought it was dance time, and wasn't sitting still enough to get some of the measurements.  It took a lot of pushing around an even hitting my tummy to try and get her to turn the right way.  Eventually the ultrasound tech went to get another tech and in that time she went to sleep so they were able to measure all they needed to.  It took over an hour-which I kinda liked, because I got to see my baby so much.  Once they were done getting the measurements, they went to type up the report and the other ultrasound tech took some pictures for me.  Got to see the baby in 2D 3D and 4D...creepy pictures, but definatly cool to see.  The tech even took a guess at the gender, but told me it is still very early, so don't tell too many people and don't paint the nursery yet! Overall a good day!
