5 weeks with our second and SO bloated!!!

So with my first who is now 5 years old, i did not bloat, I havent seen the OB yet but im 99.9% positive when we conceived so have a good idea that im 5 weeks along. we got pregnant our first try last month and got an early 10 days after conception positive preg. test and blood test!!! couldnt be happier, but i have horrible bloating gas and belching! i stay away from any foods that might worsen it but its already pretty bad. My tummy already appears to be 4-5 months pregnant!! any other mommas have this problem early on?
