Looking for comfortable heels for the pregnancy.

My comfortable heels that I have been able to use are finally falling apart after several years...I haven't been able to find any to replace them. I think I've bought over three pairs that just don't work. Does anyone know of any brands/stores that sell a comfortable pair with a good cushion, and a pair that won't squish your toes? I am looking for 2.5 inches and up. I am looking for a fashionable closed toed pair(like a mary jane maybe), I have two pairs of open toed that work great. I don't balance well on extremely thin heels(and obviously that will get worse throughout the pregnancy). Any ideas anyone? Is anyone still else wearing heels during their pregnancy?
