bad cramps and stomach aches...what could this be?

im currently 39 weeks pregnant and lately i have been having really bad cramps and stomach ache... im at the point where im so uncomfortable and it hurts to move certain ways. i have also been feeling sick and vomiting sometimes... im a FTM so im really confused at what this could be..

P.S. I was in the ER saturday and i was 1 cm dilated and having contractions at  2-3 min apart, they told me they werent strong enough and i wasnt dilated enough to keep me.
