Burning/Stretching Sensation

All day long I have had this burning, stretching, aching sensation literally in my vagina. It is there even when laying down. My vulva is also swollen and very sore and feels like it is stretching every time I am upright, especially when I am on the toilet trying to push out some pee. These feelings have been getting worse throughout the day but are not yet unbearable. I don't think it's anything serious but if it's still happening tomorrow do you think I should call the doctor? I am also currently on bedrest for preterm labor and have started weaning off my medication. Thanks!
