omg! help!

Im 32 weeks and had a really good pregnancy. DS has been very healthy and active. I have had shortness of breath with heartburn from him sitting up in utero. You can literally see and feel his head at the top between my ribs. I put lotion on and felt a very strange bump on the left/middle lower side of my tummy. I pushed a little to see if he would kick or move and nothing. Did he really drop already!? You could see my 1st son switch positions in 2009 when i was pregnant... like literally for 10 minutes my belly was being pushed from every angle until he got comfortable. I know every pregnancy is different but this scared me! Has anyone had their baby drop this early and delivered full term?
