Has anyone experienced both Pre-e and Shingles?

Not at the same time obvs. 

I have been SURE I have the shingles for three weeks - I have had the shingles twice before, I am familiar with the pain. However, no rash has popped at all. I wasn't mega concerned about this until I was googling about my headache (how long it is OK to have a headache before calling) and it said that upper right quadrant pain is consistent with pre-eclampsia. 

 That is exactly where my pain is. But it really feels like shingles - it feels like its in my skin, not in my organs or anything. 

I have an appt tomorrow and I will be bringing up both the pain and how long I've had it and my headache to the dr.

Just wondering if anyone has experienced both and if you could tell me that the pain is definitely different.
