pay for mother's helper??

Hi all,

Not sure if anyone has looked into hiring a mother's helper after their LO(s) arrive - does anyone have any ideas on what the typical pay would be?

We're thinking of hiring my 16-year-old sister for a couple of weeks this summer to help out - help keep babies fed and in fresh diapers, and some light cleaning around the house. She would be 'off' after DH got home.
