To come and go? I'm 8dp5dt, 3w6d. Since Tuesday I've had sore/tender breasts, but it comes and goes throughout the day. Also,  it's hard to tell if it's from the pregnancy or PIO since I'm still on 1ml each night. But this is also something I haven't experienced in any of my other pregnancies. I guess I'm just a little paranoid given my history. I also had some tiny itty bit of brown/pinkish tinged cm on tp at one point yesterday, which I know can be normal, but spotting of any kind has never been a good sign for me. I really wish my RE wouldn't make me wait 14dp5dt for my first beta...

Stupid IF paranoia.... every little cramp, twing, anything makes me worry a bit, despite the fact I'm feeling more peaceful this time around.ug.
