XP: ? for poor responders

Hi Ladies-

I'm in the 2ww from IVF #1, and I'm not super hopeful. I had all normal CD3 bw- we did IVF due to severe MFI. My AMH was borderline low at just over 1, but my FSH and AFC was normal. When I started stims- my e2 rose VERY slowly and I only got 4 eggs at retrieval.

So in a nutshell- I'm just trying to do a little research and see if there are other protocols that work better for poor responders. So if this was you- tell me what worked for you. Thanks for your help!
