How many iuis till you had sucess?

My DH and I just found out IUI #2 was a bust.  When the REs office called with new plan for next month (112.5 Gonal F twice a day + Ovidrel + progesterone) the nurse also mentioned we could come in for ivf consult.  I'm torn between trying a third IUI or saving money for IVF.  We are OOP for all treatment, diagnostic testing is covered. My DH has slight MFI.  I have a hormonal imbalance and short luteal phase.  Also, I'm 37 and a half, so realize that even as I type this my fertility is diminishing.

Any advice?
