first time pregers, feel something but its not flutters..

so im almost 16 weeks this thurs and ive been hearing all the first moment talk. they said it feels like butterflies in your tummy. but for the past 2 days im not feeling butterflies. it feels more like an orange is pushing up against my tummy when i lean forward and when i straighten up my back the "heavy orange" pushes back into its place. so weird and also the top part of my tummy feels hard and tight. 

is anyone feeling the way i feel?
