Increased Pressure at 13 weeks?

For the past two days, I have been experiencing more pressure around my pelvis and an increase in round ligament pain.  Have any of you ladies experienced this around 13 weeks as well?   I know it's just growing pains, but it's much stronger than before and I would like to commiserate with others:)  I'm a little chunk-chunk around the mid-section as it is, so it's hard to tell if I've popped yet or not.
