Anyone ever have m/s suuuper early?

I have done this twice now - fresh IVF ended in a chemical, and first frozen was assumed to be ectopic (and i had to do two rounds of MTX). With both of those, the only early symptoms I ever had was very sore boobs, but that's it.

Well, today I am 5dp5dt - so early. I took a test this am because i am crazy, and got a verrrry faint positive. Trying to be cautiously optimistic, having been here twice before.  

I ordered lunch an hour ago (a salad and tortilla soup), and proceeded to throw up everything less than 10 minutes later.  Definitely feeling funky now, but not stomach flu funky.  I am not a regular thrower-upper - I can't even remember then last time I did!

I thought morning sickness doesn't usually kick in until after 6 weeks or so, so now I'm trying to figure out if I could have a bug (and should go home and get in bed!), or if it could be bfp related!  This is the first time we put in two embryos, so maybe I have more hormones?  So weird.

Would appreciate your thoughts - please feel free to tell me i am CRAZY!
