Long shot... Heart murmur?
Does anyone here have a heart murmur? Is it unusual to feel differently during pregnancy? I know blood volume is increased, so it doesn't seem out of the realm of possibility.
I have a benign heart murmur, it never causes problems. Most doctors miss it unless I tell them in advance. I'm supposed to take antibiotics before dental appts, but often forget. Last night and again right now, I can feel it. It's a little disconcerting, like my heart beat has a stutter every few beats. I didn't notice it at all during the day.
Last night when it went away fairly quickly, I told myself I'd just make a mental note and tell my OB at my next appt in about a week and a half. Now I'm wondering if I should call?
