Preg postLEEP anyone?

I had a LEEP to remove precancerous cells from my cervix about 1.5 years ago. I am wondering if any of you ladies have had a totally successful pregnancy after a LEEP? Like without the cervical cerclage/stitch?
Also, I have my 15 week US next week to measure my cervix. What do you think the chances of the tech knowing if we're having a boy or a girl are?
