Birth plan

Just curious if anyone has pegged down or is close to deciding what kind of birth they want to have. I'm curious how many FTM and STMs are having a home birth or hospital birth. Anyone want or has anyone had a water birth? What about elective csection? Good old fashioned hospital birth? Medicated, non medicated, epidural, etc? I know some of these options are super controversial but let's all be supportive of each others right to choose the experience we want!
Also, anyone using a doula, midwife, birth coach?
