12 Week Sonogram

I had a sonogram today 12 weeks and all looks great! The girl doing the sonogram asked if we planned to find out the baby's gender and we said yes. She then said "well, it's a baby boy!" I was so happy but shocked she could tell and only 12 weeks! I asked if she was sure and she said she would be SHOCKED if it's not a boy. I don't know if I should take this seriously and still not be sure it just is so early! Any others had experiences like this? It's our first baby.
