All done question

DS jut turned 1 and was only nursing at 5 AM. He would nurse for 5 to 10 minutes and go back to sleep till 7:30 or 8. So I figured he was only doing it out of habit. The past 4 days when he woke up, I went in his room and either patted his butt or rocked him and he went back to sleep right away. So I guess we are officially done nursing. I stopped pumping when he was 11 months. My boobs hurt! How can I dry up my supply so I don't get mastitis? Besides pumping once a day? I already put my pump in storage and I don't plan on busting that thing out till the next one! TIA
