Feeling defeated :(

I supplemented ds with formula after nursing for two hours and him still being hungry. I could have cried. I feel like a failure. He hasn't nursed as well today as he usually does. He's been very lazy and pacifying more than nursing. I think that was the culprit. But for the first time in two days he seems totally content. Am I going to have to continue supplementing him or could this have been a one time thing? I just don't want this to sabotage my breastfeeding. I'm a little concerned.
