On bedrest - Valentine's day for dad-to-be

I'm 30 weeks pregnant with twins and am now on pretty strict bedrest. I'd like to do or get something great for my husband for Valentine's day but I'm just running blank on ideas. He goes to work, comes home, picks up the house, takes care of the dog, does laundry, refills my water constantly, lifts me out of my recliner, makes food and overall is taking care of everything. 

I'd like to do or get something that expresses how much I appreciate everything he's doing. Ideas?
